Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. A surcharge of €15.00 per night applies.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot is available on request for €10 per night. An extra bed can be added on request for €35 per night. Maximum one extra bed per room.
How and when can I pay?
Payment is made directly at the hotel. We accept cash as well as credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). Payment by invoice in advance is also available on request.
Is parking available?
Public outdoor parking (subject to a fee), including charging stations, is available at the hotel. You can also use the underground garage of the Gottlieb Daimler Carré.
Is room cleaning provided?
Yes, for stays of 4 nights or more, room cleaning is provided every 2–3 days and is arranged at check-in.
